It is on a secluded 123 acre parcel of land at an elevation of 7000 feet and is surrounded forests and mountains. The house has a rustic feel yet is newly built and has all the modern conveniences. Custom wood-work is throughout: aspen wood ceilings, oak floors and pine trim. The views from the 1000 square feet of deck are spectacular! You can hike from the front door, and encounter all kinds of wildlife - deer, elk, bobcats, mountain lions, bears, foxes, wild turkeys have been sighted in the mountains around this house. After sight seeing you can relax in Elk Lodge's private sauna/steam room, soak in the outdoor hot tub or warm your toes by the wood burning stove.
